Nuweiba is a major port city, connecting Egypt to Jordan at their port of Aqaba, but otherwise is a sleepy, undeveloped and quiet place. The only tourist attractions in town are the sea and what the hotels and resorts can provide, including safaris to the Colored Canyon and other excursions.
